As far as I’m concerned cooking should be easy. Like, really easy. Most times when I’m in the kitchen I’m just trying to get food in my belly in the quickest way possible. Healthy and quick? Now that’s my jam.
That’s why this recipe is so great. It’s not only great for your sexy body, it requires like no time to make. You can watch TV while only half paying attention to what you’re doing- it’s that easy! (I’m obviously not saying don’t pay attention to hot ovens or sharp knives. Pay attention to those things. Obviously.)
Cauliflower is good times because: it’s good for your heart, it’s anti-inflammatory, it’s good for your brain (B-vitamins), it’s good for your gut (protects the lining)- it’s just all around good times. I know we’ve talked about this but I don’t really even like cauliflower. BUT I love it when it’s cooked like this. Please, allow me to convert you if you’re not a cauliflower lover.
Just cut your cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, toss them in coconut oil and Braggs then roast them! That’s it, that’s all!
