I understand that it can be scary to ask for help. I've been there. But I reached a point in my life where I realized that I am not Wonder Woman (although, I do like her costume) and I cannot do everything by myself. Having someone to guide me when things got rough and to point me in the right direction made all the difference in the world.
I went to Stacey when I was struggling with some internal issues: mainly yeast and lack of energy.
Stacey devised a comprehensive plan to “reset” my body and get me back on track.

We'll come up with healthy alternatives to your not so healthy favourites. You'll learn what to eliminate from your diet and how to do it without feeling deprived. Our time together will also enable us to address any dietary restrictions or food intolerances you may have as well as plan for a diet that best serves your body and your future goals.
You'll learn what you should have in your pantry, fridge and freezer so that you're never left wondering what's for dinner, or worse – reaching for something unhealthy because you're unprepared.
Together, we'll be covering all the bases necessary to make this investment in yourself a concrete lifestyle change. In our journey together, I won't be just your cruise director, I'll be your guidance, catalyst and your support guru. My handcrafted method ensures that, along with the hard knowledge, you're armed with the soft skills: implementing the habits you'll need to keep your new knowledge going and working for you for years to come.
WEEK 1-2: Goal Setting & Crowding Out
Let’s do this! These are 2 very important weeks where we layout the ground work of exactly what your goals are and create a plan of actionto achieve them. We’ll begin to tackle what you’re struggling with and look atwhat is going to work best for you. We will do a huge kitchen cleanout so thatyou only have healthy, nutrient dense foods on hand. Additionally, we’ll lookat the concept of “crowding out” the not so great foods with some great ones!
WEEK 5 - 6: Meal Prep & Menu Planning
How exactly do you sustain this way of living? That’s what we’ll look at during weeks 5 & 6. It is crucial that you learn how to continue to create new habits and implement the strategies you’ve been learning up to this point and in week 5&6, you’ll learn develop these skills.
WEEK 3: Substitution
In addition to crowding out, we will be looking at substituting your usual meals with healthier versions of the same thing. We’re going to find your new favourites and begin to create your new norm.
WEEK 4: Elimination
At this point in your program,we are going to start removing some major offenders from your diet. Don’t worry, we’ll be taking it slow and I’ll be there to support you the whole time.
WEEK 7 - 8: Refining the System & Setting Up for Future Success
We’re going to get super personal and laser focused during our last two weeks together and find out exactly what has been working while reviewing, addressing and refining what hasn't to find a solution that fits with your lifestyle and future goals. We will revisit each of the goals you set for yourself and create a powerful long-term plan for your continued success!
Stacey provided me with a meal and health plan to help me lose weight and get in shape.
After two weeks of following her plan I am down 8 pounds and feeling better than ever.
Besides the weight-loss, my energy levels have been higher than ever and this past week I have slept better than I have in 4 to 5 years it seems!
I’m sure I can reach my goal of 200 pounds by April 2015, thanks to the plan laid out before me by Stacey Green.

The meal plan that Stacey developed for me specifically was great. With two kids and a super busy schedule, my weight increased, and my health fell by the wayside.

I have not touched chips (and this was a huge addiction for me (lol)) since our first meeting for example and I feel great!
I have cut out red meat and I can actually enjoy eating a meal now without feeling nauseous right after.
I’ve started up yoga and can now sleep a lot better and my anxiety has reduced quite significantly along with my depression.
